Effective October 15, 2026. This policy covers the Nico personal assistant messaging program, operated by a sole proprietor under the brand name "Nico" and sending SMS from +1 (754) 799-1715.
The subscriber's mobile phone number, the content of messages exchanged with the service, and basic message delivery metadata.
Information is used solely to operate this personal assistant messaging service: sending the subscriber reminders and alerts, and receiving and replying to the subscriber's own messages.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information, including mobile phone numbers and message content, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing. Information is transmitted through the messaging provider (Telnyx) solely as needed to deliver messages.
Message records are retained on the operator's private server only as long as needed to run the service, and are protected by reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
